Confirmation & Shipping Emails:
Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive an email once your order has been shipped (your parcel will be shipped within 48hrs of placing your order). Your shipping email will contain your tracking link. If you’re unable to locate your confirmation or shipping emails, please check your junk folder first and then contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Multiple Item Orders:
Please note that some items may need to be shipped from separate warehouses and items may be received separately. When this is the case, multiple tracking IDs will be provided.
Address Issues & Missing Orders:
Please check your shipping address carefully. If you make an error contact us immediately at email@example.com as orders cannot be re-directed once they have been sent.
Please take notice when placing your orders, if it is stated as a “Pre-Order” this means the item is currently not in stock. This will only happen on rare occasions and we will notify you to confirm when you have placed a pre-order. Shipping time for pre orders may take slightly longer than usual, however this means you are first in line and will receive your order as soon as possible.
