WHAT IS DERMAPLANING?:

The Beauty Blade is a disposable blade used to 'dermaplane' the skin on your face. Dermaplaning is a technique that uses a small, straight razor blade to exfoliate away dead skin cells and vellus hair (that light peach fuzz that covers your face). You can expect to see an instant improvement in skin texture and brightness as well as a smoother makeup application. HOW TO DERMAPLANE:

CLEANSE: 
Use a gentle face wash to remove any make up or product residue and then pat dry with a clean towel. For best results, dermaplaning should be done on completely dry skin.

 BLADE:
Place the Beauty Blade in your dominant hand on a 45 degree angle, with your other hand behind the blade pulling your skin taut. Begin using small, gentle strokes on your cheekbones working your way down to your jaw and chin.

  NOW YOU'VE GOT IT: 
Continue with light, gentle strokes on your jaw, chin, upper lip and forehead. Avoid shaving over the same area twice. 


 APPLY PRODUCTS:
Gently rinse and dry your face and finish with your favourite moisturisers and serums. Tip: now is a great time to apply a nourishing mask but be sure to avoid any abrasive products as you've just exfoliated your skin.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Confirmation & Shipping Emails:

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive an email once your order has been shipped (your parcel will be shipped within 48hrs of placing your order). Your shipping email will contain your tracking link. If you’re unable to locate your confirmation or shipping emails, please check your junk folder first and then contact us at hello@pascaleandemile.com

Multiple Item Orders:

Please note that some items may need to be shipped from separate warehouses and items may be received separately. When this is the case, multiple tracking IDs will be provided.

Address Issues & Missing Orders:

Please check your shipping address carefully. If you make an error contact us immediately at hello@pascaleandemile.com as orders cannot be re-directed once they have been sent.

Pre-Orders:

Please take notice when placing your orders, if it is stated as a “Pre-Order” this means the item is currently not in stock. This will only happen on rare occasions and we will notify you to confirm when you have placed a pre-order. Shipping time for pre orders may take slightly longer than usual, however this means you are first in line and will receive your order as soon as possible.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your products in anyway, they can be returned provided that they are in saleable condition. Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if faulty when delivered to you – please contact us immediately if this is the case.

All goods must be returned within 7 days of receiving the item, unfortunately after this time we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in it's original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

Unfortunately for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed via your original method of payment. We do not refund original shipping costs.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend you use a trackable service to return your goods.

If you wish to return an item please contact hello@pascaleandemile.com and we will supply a return address.
