Confirmation & Shipping Emails:

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive an email once your order has been received by Australia Post, this email will contain your tracking link. If you’re unable to locate your confirmation or shipping emails, please check your junk folder first and then contact us at hello@pascaleandemile.com

Multiple Item Orders:

Please note that some items may need to be shipped from separate warehouses and items may be received separately. When this is the case, multiple tracking links will be provided.

 

Returns

If you are unhappy with your products in anyway, they can be returned provided that they are in saleable condition. Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if faulty when delivered to you – please contact us immediately if this is the case.

All goods must be returned within 7 days of receiving the item, unfortunately after this time we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in it's original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

Unfortunately for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed via your original method of payment. We do not refund original shipping costs.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend you use a trackable service to return your goods.

Where do I apply my discount code?

Why does my tracking code still say 'It's being prepared'?

The initial notification you receive from Australia Post ('It's being prepared') is to show that they're aware your order is coming and an Australia Post shipping label has been created. As soon as your order is handed to Australia Post from our international shipping partner, your shipping will update again (as it arrives at the processing facility nearest to your address).

Will I receive confirmation and shipping emails?

I've made a mistake with my address, what should I do?

Check your shipping address carefully. If you make an error contact us immediately at hello@pascaleandemile.com as orders cannot be re-directed once they have been sent.

How do I know if I've placed a 'Pre-Order'?

Please take notice when placing your orders, if it is stated as a “Pre-Order” this means the item is currently not in stock. This will only happen on rare occasions and we will notify you to confirm when you have placed a pre-order. Shipping time for pre orders may take slightly longer than usual, however this means you are first in line and will receive your order as soon as possible.
